Whistleblowing Policy

WHISTLEBLOWING REPORTING CHANNELS

Fonti Alta Valle Po S.p.A. implements Italian Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 on whistleblowing, which is intended to protect individuals who report unlawful conduct of which they have become aware in the course of their work activities, including administrative, accounting, civil or criminal offences.

In order to facilitate reporting, Fonti Alta Valle Po S.p.A. has resolved to entrust the management of reports to AMBIENTE SICURO SERVIZI (www.aesseservizi.eu) and to establish the following reporting methods:

WRITTEN REPORTING CHANNELS

• Online platform: www.whistleblowing.aesseservizi.eu;
• Paper correspondence, preferably sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

The report must be placed in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope must contain the reporting person’s identification details together with a photocopy of their identity document. The second envelope must contain the report itself, so that the reporting person’s identification details are kept separate from the report.

Both envelopes must then be placed inside a third sealed envelope marked on the outside with the words “Confidential – For the Attention of the Compliance Office” and sent to the report manager at the following address: AMBIENTE SICURO SERVIZI Società Cooperativa, Via Pascal 7, 12100 Cuneo (CN), Italy.

The report will then be entered into a confidential filing system by the report manager, including, where applicable, through a separate dedicated register. The envelope containing the identification details will instead be delivered to the person responsible for safeguarding access credentials.

• At the reporting person’s request, a face-to-face meeting arranged within a reasonable period of time by calling (+39) 0171 1988931.

Where the conditions provided for by law are met, it is also possible to submit an external report to ANAC, the Italian National Anti-Corruption Authority, through https://segnala.anticorruzione.it/form, or to make a public disclosure.
