In full respect of the architectural identity of the area, the structures surrounding the spring have been carefully restored using local stone, including materials sourced from the Monviso valleys. The electricity used to power the water monitoring systems at the source is generated by on-site photovoltaic panels.
Each environmental intervention has been carried out in accordance with a dedicated reforestation and landscaping plan, safeguarding biodiversity and ensuring ecosystem stability

Intelligent Warehouse Management
Warehouse management follows a strict FIFO principle, First In, First Out, ensuring that the first product to enter storage is also the first to be dispatched. This guarantees that bottled water is always distributed within optimal timeframes.
Acqua Eva is bottled at a natural temperature between 5° and 10°C. Combined with FIFO management, this ensures ideal storage conditions for product preservation. Thanks to these factors, warehouse refrigeration is not required, making the facility an effective example of circular economy in terms of energy efficiency and temperature management.
